Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you will find all the information regarding your right of withdrawal and the return process here.

Legal Right of Withdrawal (Applicable in Quebec/Canada)

As a consumer in Quebec, the law allows you to cancel a contract in certain specific situations, generally when the goods are not received within 30 days of ordering. For other cases, our voluntary return policy applies.

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (if applicable), you must inform us, BestMaxy , by means of a clear statement (for example, by email to info@bestmaxy.com ) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel this contract in accordance with the law, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option), without undue delay. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, to the address provided by our customer service department. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Your liability is limited to the depreciation of goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of those goods.

30-Day Voluntary Return Option (Exchange or Return)

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return option from the date you receive the goods. This allows you to return the product even after the statutory return period has expired.

Conditions for extended returns:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • It must show no signs of use.
  • All original labels, accessories and components must be present.

Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by this provision.

Instructions for Returning Goods

1. Contact us: Send an email to info@bestmaxy.com to let us know that you wish to return or exchange a product.

2. Wait for instructions: Our customer service will provide you with all the necessary instructions for the return, including the correct return address.

Important: Do not send your products to the sender's address on the package or to any other address not expressly confirmed by us. A refund can only be guaranteed if the instructions are followed correctly.

Reimbursement Methods

BestMaxy will process the refund as quickly as possible, at the latest 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the return in our warehouse.

  • Payment by credit card: The refund will be made directly to the credit card used for the purchase and will be visible on your next card statement.
  • Other payment methods: If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, we will contact you to request the bank details necessary to transfer the amount.
